From Makeababy websites, to “change your race” kiosks, facial recognition and the technology spawned from video surveillance is creeping into our lives. The police have taken notice of this, and are starting to interpret laws that make it difficult to photograph them legally. Do these technologies and laws imperil your privacy, your rights as a photographer, or even your life?
