<p> Our first speaker at our first conference back in 1994 is back to once again presents an overview of global intelligence. Smart Cities, Smart Corporations, Smart Nations are the ideal. The &#8220;tribes&#8221; of intelligence &#8211; academic, civil, commercial, government, law enforcement, military, and non-governmental &#8211; are almost catatonically stupid as well as corrupt in their information pathologies. There will also be a brief overview of his new book, <em> Intelligence for Earth: Clarity, Diversity, Integrity, and Sustainability, </em> which, like all of his books, is free online and for sale at cost at Amazon. </p>

<p> <strong> Robert Steele </strong> is the first public intelligence officer of the 21st Century. A recovering spy who signed the letter against torture and has generally condemned the current and past administrators of the various national intelligence elements in the USA, he has helped 90 countries get a grip on Open Source Intelligence (OSINT), and is today a pioneer of multinational, multifunctional information-sharing and sense-making.
