STRC is the result of a Masters project done at the University of Louisville, Computer Engineering/Computer Science department. The cloud provides numerous virtual machines for security training through classes given within the CECS department, the UofL CCDC team, as well as conducting research on various security topics. This talk provides an overview of the cloud, what was used to build it (keeping cost as low as possible), how it is being utilized, and what the future looks like for STRC.
