Information Security can be a very daunting industry to enter. Everyday you try to practice your programming skills, test out ethical things in your homelab, stay up to date on the latest exploits and on top of your ALL other industry related activities day in / day out. A common misconception in the Information Security community is that you have to go it alone but that’s the quickest way to burn out. In this presentation I will present tips, resources, and suggestions on avoiding burnout and managing imposter syndrome.
