Steven is a Technical Manager responsible for security technologies operated by USAA. Prior to his management role Steven worked for 8 years as a Security Analyst and Network Engineer within USAA where he supported a wide variety of technologies delivering services to and protecting USAA's members and employees. He holds both Bachelors and Master's degrees in Infrastructure Assurance from the University of Texas at San Antonio.
