Jason Healey is Sr. Research Scholar at Columbia University School for Int’l and Public Affairs. He is a Senior Fellow and previously was Director of the Cyber Statecraft Initiative of the Atlantic Council. Healey edited A Fierce Domain: Cyber Conflict, 1986 to 2012 and co-authored Cyber Security Policy Guidebook (Wiley). He is a member of the Defense Science Board Task Force on Cyber Deterrence, President of the Cyber Conflict Studies Assn. He has lectured at Georgetown University and at Johns Hopkins School of Advanced International Studies. He served as White House Director for Cyber (2003–05). He worked for Goldman Sachs in the US and in Hong Kong. He served in the Air Force and has degrees from the US Air Force Academy, Johns Hopkins University and James Madison University.
