Jason Healey is a Senior Research Scholar at Columbia University's School forInternational and Public Affairs specializing in cyber conflict, competitionand cooperation. Prior to this, he was the founding director of the CyberStatecraft Initiative of the Atlantic Council where he remains a SeniorFellow. He has authored dozens of published articles and is the editor of thefirst history of conflict in cyberspace, A Fierce Domain: Cyber Conflict, 1986to 2012. During his time in the White House, he was a director for cyberpolicy, coordinating efforts to secure US cyberspace and criticalinfrastructure. At Goldman Sachs, he created their first cyber incidentresponse team and later oversaw the bank's crisis management and businesscontinuity in Asia. He started his career as a US Air Force intelligenceofficer with jobs at the Pentagon and National Security Agency and ispresident of the Cyber Conflict Studies Association.
