Dr. Gorka and Dr. Miller are associate professors of information technology at Pennsylvania College of Technology. Gorka teaches auditing and advanced/research topics in security; Miller teaches cryptology, risk analysis, and forensics. Gorka and Miller were instrumental in the initial effort of ACM and ACM‐SIGITE (Information Technology Educators) to define curriculum (ACM IT2008) and ABET accreditation criteria for IT. They developed and maintain the security program at Penn College. Along with colleagues from Penn College, they are co‐principal investigators for the NSF CyberCorps Capacity Building Grant entitled Improving the Pipeline: After‐School Model for Preparing Information Assurance and Cyber Defense Professionals (Grant No. 1623525).
