Matt Duren

Matt Duren –  Matt Duren has been in recruiting since he graduated college in 2001. Starting out in a technical staffing agency, Matt quickly transitioned to corporate recruiting and has lead recruiting teams responsible for IT and college recruiting, as well as Employment Branding. Matt is currently a Sr. Recruiting Manager at Tenable, located in Columbia, MD. Originally from Virginia, Matt has lived in Maryland since graduating from James Madison University. He also holds a Masters in Organizational Development and Strategic HR from Johns Hopkins. When he’s not recruiting, you can find Matt enjoying family-time with his wife and two daughters, training for the occasional Obstacle Course Race, and eating Gummy Bears… lots of Gummy Bears.

Richard Cho

Richard Cho is the Head of Recruiting at Robinhood Financial LLC, and has over twenty years of experience recruiting for some of the top tech companies in Silicon Valley. During his tenure as a talent executive, Richard has led hiring across critical functions to scale early-stage startups including Facebook, Dropbox, Machine Zone, and the Chan Zuckerburg Initiative. In his current role, Richard leads all hiring efforts for Robinhood Financial. Robinhood Financial LLC, member FINRA/SIPC.

Kris Rides

Kris is Co-Founder of Tiro Security a Cyber Security Staffing and Professional services company. He has been working in recruitment for over 20 years and is heavily involved in the InfoSec community. When not sitting on panels and advising CISO’s on security recruitment you will find him either snowboarding or scuba diving with sharks.
