This talk aims to teach the attendees the techniques and pitfalls of putting together a penetration team. It goes beyond identifying the right people to be on the team and the talk explores the concepts of planning, performing and reporting the test. The talk also looks at getting to the root of a client’s problem and how to be paid to return.
Mike Petruzzi has been hacking managers for over 25 years. Mike is a Senior Cyber Security Penetration Testing Specialist working at the Department of Energy for the last 6 years. Yup, that's the title he was given. Prior to that, he worked at SAIC for five years performing penetration tests, risk assessments and certification and accreditation.
