During this talk, Iv0ryW0lf will discuss his methods for collecting and parsing the emails for analysis and intelligence gathering. There will be funny stories as a result of the metric-ass-ton of emails he has collected. Hopefully there will be tears of joy, tears of sadness, and back to tears of joy. The plan is to share some code as well.
James "Iv0ryW0lf" Boyd is a retired USAF MSgt with roots in the hacker community. He started out as a 13 year old manipulating bits on his C-64. He is one of the moderators for San Antonio Hackers Association (SAHA!). James has held several positions to include blue team assessor, traffic analysis, malware analysis, and digital forensics. In his 23 years in the IT security space, he has yet to be bored. Oh--and he loves karaoke!
