Elliot F. Kaye (@ElliotKayeCPSC) is a Commissioner and former Chairman of the U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission (CPSC), nominated by President Obama and confirmed by the Senate in 2014. He previously served the CPSC as Executive Director. He holds a J.D. from New York University School of Law.
